Jsem ráda že pracuji v Diakonii kde se člověk cítí potřebný a oceněný.
Trochu problém je s malými a neuzpůsobenými prostrory pro vozíčkáře a těžké děti. Ale zatím vše nějak zvládáme.

neprofesionalove na vedoucich mistech bez praxe, svou neschopnosri rozvraceji vztahy na pracovisti, zajimaji je pouze směrnice a razitka, personal jsou jen cisla statistiky a klienti prijem ...
Venoval bych vice pozornosti vyberu zamestnancu dle kvality, snizil administrativu, zajisril bych vice personalu do pece mene do vedoucich mist postaci kvalitni jeden vedouci z oboru s praxi, bez nutnosti titulu cloveka bez praxe

Potkala jsem hodně zajímavých lidí naučila jsem se pracovat s lidmi různých povah a
