- krásné pracovní zázemí - sladěný fajn tým - náročná, ale pestrá práce - fajn plat - práce, která má smysl - vysoká péče a zájem o pracovníky

Za to, že mám volno kdy chci a je mi vždy vyhověno.
Uvítala bych větší metodickou podporu. Zaměřila bych se na větší podporu vedoucích, dopřát jim dostatek volna a to se vším všudy (bez telefonů). Tzn. že musí fungovat zástup.

skvělé vztahy mezi lidmi, kteří jsou většinou srdcaři, rodinná atmosféra, férové jednání, týmová práce, ocenění za dobře odvedenou práci

Oceňuji hlavně práci svých kolegů s klienty, jejich empatii, vstřícnost a pracovitost. Kolektiv je super až na pár vyjímek, ale ty jsou asi všude. Zaměstnavatel vyjde vždy vstříc, pokud je nějaký problém, hledá řešení a snaží se pomoci. V Diakonii pracuji ráda :-).
Občas s atmosférou na pracovišti, kterou dokáže narušit jeden jedinec a občas se řeší nesmysly, prkotiny v kolektivu. Také některá řešení by měli být tvrdší a rozhodnější.
