Fajn kolegové i nadřízení. V rámci nezisku nadprůměrný plat. Flexibilní pracovní doba, možnost HO, kanceláře v centru. Rozvoj pracovních dovedností.
Některé procesy trvají trošku déle, než by bylo nutné.

Velmi dobrý přístup, zohlednění mého zdravotního stavu, podpora k potřebám při mé práci. Celkově v Rolničce jsou příjemní lidé.
Možná nějaké benefity, vstup do bazénu, masáže, vitamíny. V případě možností lépe větratelná kancelář v letním období, při vysokých teplotách.

Jsem vděčná za cenné zkušenosti, které jsem za x let působení ve středisku mohla získat. Nicméně již nesympatizuji s hodnotami vedení Diakonie.
O pracovníky se stále pečuje a dává se jim velkého prostoru. O management nepečuje nikdo.
