- pomoc potřebným (= sociální apod. služby = nerýžujeme, pomáháme) - pozor ale na "pomáhání za každou cenu" - nemusíme být u všeho a dělat všechno - tyto tendence ve středisku jsou. - v rámci nezisku vysoká míra profesionality

Prohloubila jsem svůj vztah k seniorům, práce mě naplňuje, například příspěvek na penzijko je dobrý.

"Společenství" zde není jen slovo, ale skutečná definice naší společné práce a společného cíle. Líbí se mi, že někteří z mých kolegů jsou v naší škole již přes deset let a berou svou práci stále s humorem a s láskou.

Má práce mne učila spoustu nových věcí a za to jsem vděčná. Jsem nejvíce spokojená,když mohu pomáhat druhým lidem.
Je tochu škoda,že zde nemáme žádné benefity (stravenky,příspěvek do lékárny, vstupenky aj.),také by bylo fajn,kdyby byl příspěvek na pohonné hmoty. Ale ještě lepší by bylo,kdyby došlo ke zvýšení platů v poměru na dnešní ceny a zdražování. Také i tohle muže spousta zájemců o práci odradit.

je umožněno si doplňovat vzdělávání a také absolvovat různé kurzy potřebné ke specializaci speciálního pedagoga.
Benefity jako jsou stravenky, příspěvek k důchodovému pojištění, zdravotní a relaxační balíčky, které si myslím zaslouží všichni kdo pracuje jak s dětmi tak i dospělými což se týká fyzické náročnosti.

TOP jsou pro mne: 1. možnost podílet se na tvorbě a naplňování vize střediska 2. vysoká míra samostatnosti 3. hodnoty, které sdílíme v rámci střediska i celé Diakonie 4. přístup ke kvalitnímu vzdělávání
Není to nespokojenost, jen povzdech. Organizace nemůže adekvátně finančně ohodnotit náročnou práci zaměstnanců, či jim nabídnout moderní a atraktivní benefity.
