Možnost pracovat s velkými zahraničními klienty. Důvěra, kterou firma vkládá do jednotlivce = velká volnost, když přináší výsledky. Možnost se vzdělávat díky některým fakt skvělým kolegům. Perfektní kanceláře na super místě, s vlastním barem/kavárnou. Každodenní práce v angličtině, možnost cestovat (když zrovna neřádí Covid-19). Flexibilní pracovní doba a možnost homeoffice. Osobní rozvoj zaručen.
Je škoda, že firma je trošku rozbitá na separátní unity a pak ne všude funguje stejně, ale vyloženě to negativum není, záleží na úhlu pohledu. Někdy se mění procesy/nastavení firmy a mohli bychom o tom být lépe a dříve informováni. Každopádně nevidím nic tak negativního co by byl zásadní problém.

V týmu je perfektní parta lidí a s ostatními kolegy je také super spolupráce. Firma se snaží posouvat neustále dopředu. Je zde vynikající pracovní prostředí.

Když děláte v agentuře, přichází vždy noví klienti a projekty. Stále tedy poznáváte nové věci a učíte se.

Možnost pracovat na zajímavých mezinárodních projektech. Kolegové jsou odborníci ve svém oboru a za roky ve společnosti jsem se od nich hodně naučil.
Firma je velmi dynamická a spousta věcí se často mění, občas to může vyvolat hluchá místa. Ale všichni pracují na tom, aby se změny implementovaly co nejdříve!

Best in Actum: Leave the office on time.
Worst job in the worst company ever. No clear strategy and a hire & fire culture. Each 1on1 with the manager can be your ladt on.
