Tím že, celková atmosféra je neformální a kamarádská. Zaměstnavatel se chová k nám velmi slušně a kdykoliv je potřeba čímkoliv pomoct tak je tu vždy pro nás.

Nejvíce si cením toho, že zde skutečně využiji všechny své dovednosti. Dále potom to, že jsou zde velké možnosti růstu. Velkorysé firemní benefity a naslouchání zaměstnancům.

Trochu více byrokracie, tomu se však nevyhnou žádné větší společnosti, kde jsou finální výsledky závislé na práce celého týmu.

Příjemné pracovní prostředí. Pomoc nadřízených v nestandartních pracovních procesech. Cítím že si mě firma váží = přístup a benefity.

Vše super

Změna pracovní doby. Ranní 9:20-17:50 a odpolední 11:30-20:00. Respektive hlavně tu odpolední směnu,není příjemné otravovat lidi v 9 večer

Ferovy a pratelsky pristup, jednoduse se da na vsem domluvit. Je tu hodne pratelsky kolektiv mladych lidi, prekvapive to tady funguje opravdu skvele.
