Vážím si přístupu některých kolegů, kteří jsou ochotni se vším pomoct a poradit. Líbí se mi, že se na sebe můžeme navzájem spolehnout. Je dobré, že s vedením se dá vše řešit na přímo a vždy se dá najít nějaké rozumné řešení. Vyhovuje mi, že máme pružnou pracovní dobu.
S přístupem některých manažerů. Někdy nevíme, jak dlouho u klienta budeme a jak to bude probíhat.

Práce je pestrá. Dává volnou ruku pro zpracování úkolu. Přesčasy NEJSOU samozřejmost (jako jinde).

Na BDO Audit se mi líbí pokrokové myšlení managementu, cílení na moderní přístupy, využívání ICT, kvalitní zpracování zakázek a organizované řízení lidských zdrojů. Velmi si vážím týmového ducha a přátelského kolektivu. Na danou velikost firmy jsou zavedené a plánované postupy a metody na relativně vysoké úrovni asi především díky tomu, že je BDO Audit součástí celosvětové sítě.
V každé firmě a při každé práci se najdou oblasti/zakázky/práce, které jednoduše člověka nebaví. I v BDO se stane, že se člověk musí sem tam poprat s něčím, co mu vyloženě nesedne. Ať už se jedná o manažera či typ zakázky. V mém případě se ale spíše jedná o výjimky.
