1. Délka přesčasů je limitovaná a je nutno se domluvit s nadřízeným. 2. Často jsou krácené (vlastní zkušenost) 32 hodin = 27 hodin apod. 3. Mzda je almužna, takže je hloupost pracovat přes čas.
Zavedená firma, pokrývá mnoho oblastí, nejen dodej energií. Nezkrachuje, silné odbory, které umí prosadit zájmy zaměstnanců. Dobře vydělávající podnik.
