Odbyrokratizovat. Dát více příležitostí mladším, třeba i talentovanějším a zapálenějším uchazečům/zaměstnancům místo rodinných příbuzných a známostí. 100% zlepšit marketing a obecně využívat k reklamě internetový prostor, zlepšit komunikaci se zákazníkem, v tomto konkurence jasně vede.

100% dodržování zákoníku práce, benefity, jistá budoucnost, nadstandartní kolektivní smlouva, pro ty co něco umí (technické obory) kariérní postup
Bohužel kariérní postup je i pro absolventy "jakobyVŠ", kteří vědomostmi patří na pracák. Pro některé je minusem nemožnost práce z domova.

Po 10letech u firmy je jediné plus to, že jsem zde mohla nastoupit a udělat si praxi. V posledích letech to jde s firmou z kopce. Chabé PR oddělení, zaměstnanec je brán jako kus, nikoliv jako člověk.
Lepší firemní politika, lepší a lidský přístup k zaměstnancům.

Dobrá prac. doba, slušný plat, spravedlivost, benefity pro zaměstnance, rozvoj zaměstnanců a vzdělávání

pohodová atmosfera, chaos který je zajímavý, zajímavá pozice.
zařídit přímou finanční motivaci navázanou na jejich činnost, více kapitalistického ducha na pozicích které do dovolují. Více tržních mechanismů do fungování společnosti.
