+ super kancelář v centru Prahy + možnost homeoffice dle osobních možností + je to dobrá práce pro začátek pro lidi, kteří se chtějí stát profesionálním recruiterem v oboru - první krok než půjdete do interního HR + výborná online firemní školení + starost o wellbeing zaměstnanců
- špatné finanční ohodnocení - klienti, pro které společnost shání zaměstnance, mají často nějaké "ale" (lokalita, nabízené peníze, přílišná vybíravost klienta) a tudíž menší možnost sehnat nového zaměstnance a získat bonus - vedení pražské kanceláře (tvrdý neosobní necitlivý přístup vedoucí pražské kanceláře, důraz na vlastní kariérní nadřazenost vůči ostatním, důraz na výkon/získání nových placementů bez ohledu na náročnost/specializaci klienta, přílišný důraz na statistiky společnosti týkající se zaměstnance) - zaměstnanci se zde velmi často obměňují a odcházejí velmi často po nabytí praxe do interního HR
