Ve firmě je možnost kariérního růstu, který je podporován i ze strany nadřízených. Firma je otevřená novým nápadům a změnám. Máme širokou škálu firemních benefitů.

Pokud bych takové návrhy měla, otevřeně bych je řešila přes své nadřízené.

Nejvíce si cením toho, že vždy je snaha vyhovět všem mým požadavkům/přáním...

Nadstandardní benefity: kafeterie, stravenky, fitness a wellness v budově, zkrácená pracovní doba, týden dovolené navíc, mobilní telefon dle vlastního výběru s příspěvkem od zaměstnavatele, moderní prostory. Férové jednání, mnoho zajímavých aktivit interních i externích s partnery.

Zavést pet friendly office a vlastní výběr notebooku stejně jak je tomu u mobilních telefonů.
