Oceňuji férový přístup a kvalitně nastavené pracovní podmínky. Práce je smysluplná a dobře organizovaná. Velké plus je možnost skloubit zaměstnání s rodinou a využívat home office, což výrazně zvyšuje celkovou spokojenost.
