Dobře platí, ale v té firmě je něco špatně a lidé odcházejí, neni prostor pro seberealizaci a chybí uspokojení z dobře vykonané práce.
Změnit vedení, nebo alespoň poslat managery na školení jak pozitivně motivovat zaměstnance a ne jen samé zákazy a omezení.

Velmi prijemne a moderni pracovni prostredi, spousta mimofiremnich aktivit a ruznych benefitu, duvera v zamestnance.
Ne uplne nejlepsi vztahy mezi nekterymi oddelenimi

Oceňuji ochotu naslouchat a pomoci ve složité životní situaci. Firma se zaměstnanci dlouhodobě počítá a nebojí se do nich investovat energii. Je zde velmi znát individuální přístup k lidem.
Stále zde chybí informace od vedení v zahraničí. Lidé pak mají snahu si věci domýšlet nebo překrucovat. To je podle mě škoda.
