Se svým týmem na Chebsku. Dokáží si navzájem pomoci a jsou fajn. Legrace také byla. Sedli jsme si a odcházelo se mi těžce, nebýt vedoucí, neodcházím. Tým mi udělal krásné rozlučkové překvapení.
S vedením. Konkrétně s paní vedoucí v Chebském týmu. Komunikace, přetvářka, hrotila a řešila situace jako v mateřské školce. Bohužel nikdo další se radši neozve nahlas, protože vedoucí je jedna ruka s ředitelem, takže ti co to udělelali hodne rychle odešli.

Kolegové byli skvělí, dalo se na ně spolehnout.
Nesplněné sliby, nebo spíš sliby, co platily jen týden pak už ne. Vedení se dotklo, když si lidé slušně oficiálně písemnou formou požádali o zvýšení platu. Kontrolování sociálních sítí, jestli si na nich náhodou někdo nestěžuje, není úplně ok. Propastné rozdíly mezi vnímáním a i oceňování sester a sociální části týmu.
