Friendly and collaborative work environment. Business is dynamic and challenging, you never stop learning. Management is great, with many inspiring leaders.

Velmi oceňuji výborný kolektiv, časovou flexibilitu a možnost se ke všemu vyjádřit.
Ikdyž je v česku malý samostatný tým, občas se dostanete do styku s negativy vyplývající z práce pro obrovský korporát.

Práce je rozhodně zajímavá a mám pocit, že má smysl. Mám vliv na konečnou podobu produktu a nemám pocit, že bych jen plnil zadané úkoly. Parádně se dá skloubit osobní a pracovní život - neomezená dovolená a home-office bez hlídání docházky spolu se zodpovědností je podle mě ideální prostředí pro vývojáře. Kolegové jsou bezvadní a lidsky si sedneme.
Některé procesy v rámci celého korporátu jsou zdlouhavé, někdy až zcela nefunčkní. V rámci českých týmů ale máme určitou samostatnost, takže se to do běžné denní práce promítá jen omezeně. S neomezeným home-officem je občas škoda, že se vídáme v kanceláři na můj vkus málo... Rotující pozice na technické podpoře umí být hektická (leč nutná).

Banda dospělých, co se meziprací baví o zajímavých věcech. Vždycky se najde partička na vejlet do hor, pivko v Přístavu apod. Zajímavé finance. Zodpovědná svoboda a neomezená dovča. Super-friendly manažeři české pobočky.
V rámci Back officu řešíme sto let staré systémy na admin a pomalá approval kolečka, ale s humorem a upset gifama od zasvěcených kolegů se to dá :D

Fajn kolegové v týmu, možnost remote práce, neomezená dovolená je také fajn ☺️ Společné akce se taky občas pořádají.
Nejsou žádné firemní benefity. O zvýšení platu se asi taky nedá moc bavit, respektive je to složitý proces.

Velmi oceňuji - profesionalitu a znalosti/zkušenosti kolegů a nadřízených, rozmanitost práce a rozvoj mých zkušeností, kulturu a lidské prostředí ve kterém pracujeme, propojení osobního času a práce, platové ohodnocení a jako bonus neomezenou dovolenou, nejsou zde téměř žádné politické hry a přetvářka

There is a space for technological growth, not much for professional growth since the hierarchy is kind of flat. The load of work can be challenging sometimes, but it's not always that bad to have a bit of a pressure on yourself. Company lacks benefits system since the acquisition, only benefit really being the unlimited holidays. The team is great to work with, cool people, lots of fun. Management is great too, not trying to be bossy.
Benefit system could be richer. There could be a less of a workload per individual/more people hired to ease everything out.
