1) Prace na zajimavych projektech 2) Jednoduche schvalovaci procesy
1)Neferove chovani 2) Vyhrocene vztahy napric firmou 3) Nedostatek soukromi 4) Tlak na praci v prubehu nemoci 5) Nedodrzovani slibu. Napr. pri praci na ICO Vam sice slibi, ze se k Vam budou chovat jako k zamestnanci. Bohuzel jen do chvile, kdy se jim prestanete hodit.
