Interní prezentace a možnost vidět i do pozadí různých kampaní, tendrů a pod. Dává mi to lepší vhled do práce kolegů. Možnost rozvíjet se, komplexnost a propojení týmů.
Chybí mi kreativnější prostory. Něco hravějšího, kde by se člověk necítil jako v bance ;)

Skvělí kolegové, na které se mohu spolehnout a příjemně se mi s nimi spolupracuje.
Honba za novým byznysem na úkor stávajících klientů. Neupřímnost a nejasné kroky v komunikaci s týmem a v jeho vedení. Nízká/žádná motivace týmu (nejen po finanční stránce).

Příjemné pracovní prostředí, skvělý kolektiv, zajímaví klienti, teambuildingy, večírky, výlety
Nepříliš dobrá organizace - času, práce. Nespolehlivost a nevstřícnost některých kolegů.

Oceňuji férový přístup, přátelskou atmosféru a jednání s respektem.
Možná vylepšit komunikaci napříč agenturou, více spokojovat jednotlivé týmy.

Tým lidí, co mám kolem sebe. Expertízu a zkušenosti, co tu mohu získat. Pestré portfolio klientů.
Mohli bychom mít lepší plat a mimoplatové benefity.

Kolektiv.
Časová vytíženost a neodpovídající ohodnocení. Nemožnost v určitých mezích flexibilní prac. doba, kterou by bylo možné skloubit s osobním životem a rodinou.

Prijemna a priatelska atmosfera v tyme a celej firme. Vzdy sa da vsetko vyriesit v prospech vsetkych stran. Rovnake moznosti pre vsetkych.
