- skvělé zázemí - skupina kolegů - skvělá parta lidí, dobrá atmosféra - provizní ohodnocení - pokud makám, dokážu si vydělat velké peníze - nabídka produktů - mohu nabízet svým klientům nejlepší produkty z trhu - vize, mise, hodnoty
- zvýšit úsilí v rámci propagace značky
