Nadřízená - jednala férově, spravedlivě. Dokázala člověka motivovat. Nic nebyl problém
Žádné benefity - jen pěkný výhled z okna :-) Každých pět minut vše jinak Častá změna pozicí mezi pracovníky Komunikace Na pracovišti špatná atmosféra, častý výpadek internetu, pomluvy. Zpočátku spousta slibů nejen o platu, realita je trošku jiná.

Super start firmy, spoustu nových příležitostí a skvělý nadřízený.
Špatná komunikace mezi odděleními, totální chaos na pracovišti a každý den změna. Házení klacků pod nohy od jiných kolegů z centrály na celé oddělení a téměř nulová podpora. Neexistující benefity kromě home office a hezkých kanceláří.
Flexible working hours
Dle domluvy můžete přijít v jakoukoliv hodinu. Nisméně od mého odchodu se systém změnil, v práci je to mnohem striktnější.

Dobrý kolektiv, možnost práce na HO, operativní řešení neobvyklých situací, vstřícnost, učení novým věcem, můj názor není jedno.
Kdybych nebyla spokojena, změním zaměstnání.

Cením si příležitosti, kterou jsem dostala. Líbí se mi, že můžu být u zrodu nové společnosti a nastavovat procesy, budovat a tím se i rozvíjet.
Těším se na změnu kancelářských prostor. V současné době jsou nevyhovující s ohledem na rychlý růst a rozvoj společnosti.
