Posouvání společnosti / kolegů vpřed, otevřenost, náklonnost ke změnám s pozitivním dopadem

Oceňuji shovívavý přístup, porozumět chybám ze strany zaměstnance a pokusit se najít řešení. Výsledkem pak je, že dochází k zlepšení pracovního procesu a následně i výkonu.
Málo práce, málo kurzů na zvýšení kvalifikace, rigidita firmy, zaměstanec se musí spoustu věcí naučit sám. Pak dochází k tomu, že se pracovní proces učí formou pokus-omyl.

SFG je firma s rodinnou atmosférou, kde se všichni dobře známe a můžeme se na sebe spolehnout. Není problém se na ničem domluvit nebo třeba získat podporu pro nové nápady.
