Work-life balance, levná kantýna, předvídatelné pracovní náplň a pracovní doba

Prakticky neexistující talent management a kariérní rozvoj, pokud vy sami nebudete projevovat zájem a snahu, můžete se zde pohodlně schovat i na pár let neboť během prvních pár měsíců se naučíte většinu, co na danou pozici potřebujete. Pracující rodiče jsou zde asi nejspokojenější, neboť se jim daří skloubit práci a rodinný život.

Firma klade důraz na vzájemný respekt, manažeři jsou kdykoli dostupní a otevření diskuzi a návrhům. Velmi rychlý a efektivní rozhodovací proces. Každodenní využití anglického jazyka. Systematický přístup k práci. Work&Life Balance není jen heslo z plakátu, ale skutečně se ve firmě žije. Hezké pracovní prostředí, kantýna s dobrým jídlem. Produkt, který má ekologický přesah, firma dbá na svůj vliv na životní prostředí.

Zatím nevidím nic zásadního.

Informal work atmosphere

Všichni si tykáme, včetně managementu. Je běžné sdílet v práci i soukromé věci, lidi se mezi sebou dobře znají.

Meaningful work

Ekologický produkt, absolutní energetická soběstačnost závodu, podpora firmy k ekologickému chování zaměstnanců. Společenská odpovědnost firmy a individuální humanitní podpora v regionu.

I've only been at Lenzing Business Services a short while, but so far I'm extremely happy overall. The work is interesting, engaging and challenging, and my supervisors are extremely knowledegable and always happy to answer questions and provide direction and encouragement. The leadership is excellent: there are well-defined goals for the future, and a clearly laid-out, actionable plan for achieving them. My managers are experienced, motivated and professional, and they're very good at relating to us on an individual level and getting the best out of everyone; as a result, the atmosphere among the staff is really positive. There is a strong culture of continuous improvement, which really appeals to me; and the support at every level is great. I highly recommend LBS as a place to work!

Dotovaná klasická kantýna. Možnost komunikace s kolegy ze zahraničí. Využití home office.

Zbytečná kontrola všeho na denní bázi, včetně zápisu činností do Excelu. Vedení nemůžete důvěřovat. Atmosféra ve firmě hodně špatná. Špatný kolektiv, který nespolupracuje. Automatizace nebo robotizace dost zaostává. Přesčasy a práce navíc nebo o státním svátku jsou samozřejmost, nejsou placené - můžete si je vyčerpat. Finančně nestabilní společnost, tudíž i velký tlak na snižování nákladů. Málo benefitů.

Posting my opinion in English as Czech is not my main language. For me LBS (Lenzing Business Services) is a really good place to work, easy to cooperate with others, opinions are valued and there is a very clear work-life balance and respect towards employees which is a pillar to the company culture. Definitely as main benefits: work-life balance (including HO days) , super cheap canteen and the collective of people within the company.

Pen and paper are still used often, however that is changing to a more digital approach

Order and rules

We follow strict safety and compliance rules, in almost every role everything we do is documented process wise

Flexible working hours

The core working hours are 09.00 -14.00 MON-FRI , most roles allow individuals to make their own schedule provided it is 37.5h /week. Also Fridays possible to finish as early as 12.00.
