Jsem v Tricentis zatím krátce, ale hned jsem dostala velké množství zodpovědnosti a důvěry. Poprvé v životě se mi stalo, že mě zaměstnavatel kromě mých zkušeností nabral hlavně na základě mého uvažování a toho si moc vážím. Konečně můžu být ve své práci kreativní a nedostanu za to přes prsty!
Zatím jsem neměla špatnou zkušenost. Vzhledem k tomu, že velmi rychle rosteme, tak se občas stane, že se nám něco ztratí překladu, ale vždycky se vše rychle vyřeší.

- Mix skvělých lidí všech možných národností - Kritika je přímá a někdy drsná, ale nešetří se ani pochvalami - Firma je ve fázi raketového růstu, je možnost podílet se na úplně nových věcech a opravdu hodně se naučit
- Jako v každé raketově rostoucí firmě je u toho i dost chaosu a neustálých změn, na které musíte být připraveni - Práce je hodně a lidí i přes pilný nábor málo, takže rozhodně nejde o nějakou pohodičku a flákání - Struktura firmy není tak "placatá", jak firma ráda tvrdí

Rychle rostoucí a úspěšná firma. Nově vznikající tým v Čechách a spousta možností do budoucna.
Rychlý růst který přináši spoustu změn a proto je potřeba se umět přizpůsobit.

Ocenuji rychlou a otevrenou komunikaci v ramci tymu i spolupraci mezi tymy. Moznost pracovat v prostredi s nastavenymi procesy vyuzivajici moznosti jejich automatizace. Prilezitost podilet se na priprave novych kancelari v CR (Praha a Brno).
Nic mne nenapada.

People are great here.
* IT effectivity, everything takes more time then It should * Onboarding should be more intensive and coordinated - HR, IT, App SW stack developed * MS suite overall SW quality compared to G+ is much worse * Missing employee benefits - mobile tariff, laptop of your choice, benefit card, sick days, budget for self education
