Je zde neomezený homeoffice. Je to slušně placené.
Způsob řízení má značné rezervy. Názvy pozic a jejich obsah vůbec neodpovídají zavedené terminologii v oboru.
Flexible working hours
Pacuje se intenzivně, ale během dne je pár schůzek, které mají daný čas, jinak si v podstatě pracuje každý jak potřebuje a práci vykazuje do interního systému formou času stráveného na tom či onom úkolu. Řada lidí pracuje full remote.
