V Kosiku jsem se mimo svoji agendu naucila jak funguje produkt, HR procesy, marketing, agile. Velmi rychle tempo, clovek se musi jenom naucit se z toho nezblaznit :) za zkusenost v Kosiku jsem rada, maji dobre nakroceno!
Na komunikaci se pracuje :)

Naučila jsem se nedůvěřovat lidem okolo sebe.
Kolegové se tváří jako kamarádi a za zády Vás pomlouvají, hnus! Tohle v práci prostě nechcete zažít. Pokud jen trochu nejste podle jejich představ, nezapadnete sem. Pomluvy na denním pořádku. Jestli máte rozum, vemte ho a jděte raději jinam, kde si Vás budou vážit.
