Férovost, lidský přístup, domluva s kolegy. Pokud jsou nějaké zájmy v rámci oboru meteorologie, ochrany čistoty ovzduší či hydrologie s patřičným vzděláním, není problém. ČHMÚ hodnotím jako stabilní příspěvkovou organizaci státu ČR, kde bych byl však obecně obezřetný při přijímání vedoucích funkcí. Platové podmínky jsou dle tarifních tabulek. podniku. Můj subjektivní dojem: Kompromis mezi platem a dobrým, pohodovým pracovním kolektivem. s možností kariérního růstu.
Domluva s kolegy, zastupitelnost, výhody a nevýhody státní organizace ( nepochopíte rozumem, pouze srdcem... ). Stravenky, FKSP, dovolená - ideální a bez připomínek, odměny, výplata vždy bez problémů a včas ( ještě dříve, než ve smlouvě ).

Zaměstnavatel se ke mně choval vždy férově, slušně a korektně. Nabízel v zaměstnání navíc i různé benefity, Celkově jsem s ním spokojený a nemám k němu žádné výhrady.
Momentálně mě nic nenapadá.
