Stabilní organizace, kde je patrný zájem o zaměstnance a snaha o jejich odpovídající ohodnocení, pravidelné vzdělávání. Dle mého názoru v organizaci jsou lidé na svém místě,odborně zdatní se širokým rozhledem a zkušenostmi. Je tu zřejmá snaha o poskytování kvalitních služeb.
Hodil by se kromě finančního ohodnocení i propracovanější systém osobního hodnocení pracovníků ve vedoucích pozicích. Větší důraz klást i na mimofinanční stánku pochvaly :-)

Věří mi, že svou práci odvedu dobře. Zároveň mám dost prostoru dělat si práci po svém. A obor sociálních služeb je nesmrtelný...
