Přátelská až rodinná atmosféra, péče o zaměstnance, maximální vycházení vstříc osobním potřebám, benefity, možnost odborného růstu.
Některé interní procesy nebo postupy nejsou přesně stanoveny, je nutné se doptávat nebo složitě zjišťovat. Ale už se na tom pracuje! :)

Skvělý kolektiv. Příjemné pracovní prostředí. Kolegové si vždy najdou čas něco vysvětlit, když něčemu nerozumím. Možnost práce z domova. Káva.
Občas nejasný systém zadávání práce, ale není problém se doptat.

Možnost sám si zorganizovat práci. Pracovní kolektiv je velmi příjemný a mohu se na ně spolehnout. Možnost práce z domova. Rozvoj zaměstnanců.

Nadřízený s námi komunikuje. Umí pokárat i pochválit. Pracovní kolektiv je velmi příjemný a mohu se na ně spolehnout. Velmi oceňuji benefity, které nám Gatema poskytuje. Ať jsou to akce v rámci roku zdraví, setkávání mimo pracoviště např. vánoční večírek, teambuilding.
Jsem se vším spokojena a nemám co kritizovat.

Přátelský kolektiv, když si nevím rady, můžu se na kohokoliv obrátit.
Občas trochu složitější domluva s ostatními odděleními a některé procesy jsou zastaralejší, nicméně vše se zaměstnavatel snaží postupně vylepšit.
