V itself se nevalorizují platy, za deset let berete stejné peníze jako při nástupu. Přidává se jen těm, kteří chtějí odejít. Neexistují 13. platy ani příspěvky na důchodové připojištění.

Špatný kariérní postup pro většinu zaměstnanců. Chaotická firemní struktura. Minimum firemních benefitů.

itself je rodinná firma se všemi svými výhodami, tzn. dá se domluvit na mimořádném volnu, upravit náplň práce po domluvě, pracovní doba atd. Vládnou tu velice dobré vztahy mezi majiteli a zaměstnanci. Dalším pozitivem jsou služebně starší zaměstnanci, kteří jsou odborníky ve svém oboru a bezpečně "udrží" firmu. Většina ráda pomůže, poradí. Ve firmě není problém se domluvit téměř na čemkoli. Výplata chodí vždy pravidelně na účet s železnou pravidelností.
Kde to skřípe? 1) Výplata chodí vždy pravidelně na účet s železnou pravidelností... Bohužel i výše platu má železnou pravidelnost:( Zaměstnanci nejsou nijak finančně odměňováni za odpracované roky! To je asi největší průšvih této firmy vůči zaměstnancům. 2) Firma nepřispívá na důchodové spoření. Proč?!! Zaměstnanec má po čase pocit, že na společné budoucnosti firma nemá zájem, což dost nahlodává morálku. A je to rozhodně škoda, protože itself je jinak fajn firma. Hodně fajn.

Osobní a lidský přístup, kdy se v případě požadavku zaměstnance najde vždy nějaké řešení. Flexibilnější přístup k pracovní době.
Nesystematické fungování a komunikace jednotlivých oddělení mezi sebou. Nízká míra zodpovědnosti vedoucích pracovníků a některých důležitých zaměstnanců.

Flexibilita, zázemí velké fungující firmy, výplata na účtu vždy včas
Hodilo by se častěji "fasovat" firemní oblečení. Od nástupu jsem dostal jen při nástupu komplet, ale za ty 2roky při každodenním nošení už firemní oblečení nepůsobí moc reprezentativně a postupně je nutné měnit za soukromé.

Měla jsem skvělou nadřízenou a také kolegyni a to bylo klíčové. Celkově ale myslím, že firma je na dobré úrovni, vedení je rozumné, důvěryhodné.
