- ze strany nadřízených je extrémní tlak na plnění cílů, které nejsou stanovovány reálně - nemožnost plánování - minimální a veskrze jednostranná komunikace - až neuvěřitelná byrokracie
Work in an international environment
Relativně běžná komunikace s lidmi z mezinárodního prostředí (zejména Korea). Kontakty v rámci EU jsou výrazně méně časté.
Order and rules
Vzhledem k tomu, že asijské firmy mají pro nás poměrně odlišný přístup k vedení a komunikaci, jsou zejména vertikální pravidla většinou neměnná.
