Firma zvýšila hodinový výkon, více práce se dělá v menším počtu lidí. Pokud např. nedorazí některý ze zaměstnanců ráno na směnu, je třeba umět se rozhodnout, co je prioritní pro nastartování chodu prodejny a co počká, stejně pak při odpolední směně.
