Flexible approach when in comes to solving various challenges (personal, work related). Active and open approach from colleagues when it comes to learning/training. Modern digital environment inside of the company.

Salary could be a bit better. With unlimited possibility of "home offices" and their usage, whole company shattered a lot and some people get dissociated from others, company is no longer that compact as before.
