Nadřízený se mnou jedná jako s rovnoceným, nikdo se tu na mě nedívá z vrchu. Když potřebuji, vždy se najde pomocná ruka. Individuální přístup a pomoc s řešením (i osobních) problémů jsou prvky, kterých si zde nesmírně vážím. Máme skvělé benefity, které se v poslední době ještě více rozšířily.

Občas vázne komunikace mezi kolegy o změnách a novinkách. Je hodně práce a málo rukou.

- vyborna atmosfera jak v ramci jednotlivych tymu, tak v ramci firmy jako celku - dynamicke prostredi poskytujici moznost sirokeho rozvoje a postupu - stabilni zazemi a ferovy pristup k zamestnancum - moderni vybaveni kancelare vcetne vyskove nastavitelnych stolu, dostatecneho pracovniho prostoru, mistnosti pro rodice s detmi - doprovodne benefity - stravenky, teambuldingove akce, jazykove kurzy, apod.

Flexible approach when in comes to solving various challenges (personal, work related). Active and open approach from colleagues when it comes to learning/training. Modern digital environment inside of the company.

Salary could be a bit better. With unlimited possibility of "home offices" and their usage, whole company shattered a lot and some people get dissociated from others, company is no longer that compact as before.
