Vedení dokázalo nastavit podmínky, kdy mohl člověk sladit pracovní a soukromí život. Dali vám v práci svobodu. To byl velký klad.
Vedení nebylo vůbec upřímné, co se týká stavu firmy. Absolutně nespolehlivá firma a to ve všem. Postupně zde vládla atmosféra strachu a člověk se nemohl vyjádřit (vedení nezvládalo zpětnou vazbu). K lidem se chovají jako ke spotřebnímu zboží. Vedení nemá empatii, smysl pro zodpovědnost a komunikace probíhá pouze arogantním způsobem. Nedoporučuji!!!

Nejvíce oceňuji časovou flexibilitu, velké možnosti seberozvoje, podporu, se kterou mohu dělat svoji práci a možnost vzájemně sdílet zpětnou vazbu. Je skvělé vědět, že za vámi stojí celý tým a naše společná práce má skutečný smysl - nejen vidět, ale i zažít.

Možnost skloubit firemní a rodinný život. Práce z domova. Dávání příležitostí, práce na veřejně prospěšných projektech. Propojení se zajímavými lidmi.
