Každý si mluvil jak chtěl, nosil jaké chtěl oblečení, na pracovišti proste vládla taková domácí, rodinná atmosféra. Někdy to ale bylo až extrémní.
Jobs for people aged 50+
Věk ostatních zaměstnanců se pohybuje okolo tohoto věku. Většina mladých zaměstnanců ve firmě dlouho nevydržela. Právě kvůli neshodám s vedoucí, která byla starší než 50 let. I když podle mých informací tam již tato vedoucí nepracuje. Já jsem s ní žádné velké neshody neměl i přes můj věk, ale právě ostatní stejně staří zaměstnanci jako já, s ní měli problémy.

Dobrý tým směny.

Complex tasks
Značné množství atypických zakázek, je třeba dobře číst výkresy,často jsou řekněme nepřehledné a tudíž hodně přemýšlet o postupu při vyrobení často jen jednoho kusu.

Benefit žádné, z ničeho nic bez jakého koliv vysvětlení všem snížili výplaty a dávaly osobní ohodnocení na nějaký ,,sporici účet,, prostě nesmysl.

Když byla potřeba dovolená dalo se to vždy nějak domluvit.
