-malý plat -málo zaměstnanců na směně -nesmyslné tabulky -focení toho samého každý den -každý den vytrání nebo luxovaní celé prodejny bez ohledu na den -benefity- pouze stravenky a malá sleva na oblečení ( zákazník měl kolikrát větší slevu na oblečení než zaměstnanci)

Chaos v celé firmě ale nejvíce mi vadilo, že já jako prodavačka, jsem si spíše připadala jako skladník a zákazník byl až na tom uplně posledním místě
