Nano je plné skvělých a vyzrálých lidí, které baví jejich práce, vidí v ní smysl. Nano poskytuje velkou míru samostatnosti v tom, co děláme, a taky velkou dávku flexibility. Je to velmi dynamické a rychlé prostředí.

Vynikající kolegové v analytickém/datovém týmu Flexibilita jako kořenová hodnota - v cíli i v metodách práce Smysluplná práce pro dobrou věc
Opportunity to learn new things
Dva důvody: (1) samotná doména agregace flexibility je velmi nová, takže se naučíte mnoho věcí, které jste pravděpodobně o rozvodu elektřiny netušili, a (2) firma se rychle vyvíjí, takže možnost přiučit se novým metodologiím, technologiím a přístupům je téměř neustálá.

- velmi otevřená firemní kultura (možnost HO, rozvržení pracovní doby...) - zajímavá oblast podnikání - různé well-beingové akce - krásná kancelář
- mohla by být širší škála benefitů - jedná se o skutečně dynamickou firmu, což někdy znamená hodně změn a stresu
