V ČMN oceňuji otevřenou komunikaci v rámci celé firmy. Kolegové jsou si vzájemně nápomocni a respektují se. Kdykoliv jsem se na kohokoliv obrátila s žádostí o radu nebo pomoc, vždy jsem se setkala se vstřícnou reakcí.
V ČMN jsem opravdu spokojená.

ČMN si velmi zakládá na osobních vztazích mezi kolegy, které jsou více než přátelské. Zároveň je firma založena na decentralizovaném rámci, takže každý má relativně vysokou míru samostatnosti a lidé se necítí svázaní jako v typickém korporátním prostředí.

Pracovní prostředí je skvělé, super kolegové, zajímavé úkoly. Můžu uplatnit kreativitu a iniciativu. Obrovský prostor pro rozvoj.

Společnost chytrých profesionálů, uvolněná atmosféra. Samostatnost při výkonu zaměstnání a důvěra nadřízených ve schopnosti kolegů.

Na ČMN si velmi vážím kolektivu a férovosti všech zaměstnanců. Nemáme u nás korporátní přístup, což vnímám jako velký plus. Ve firmě je kladen důraz na soběstačnost. Zároveň perfektně fungujeme jak v týmu, tak i s ostatními týmy.

Oceňuji velmi dobře nastavené procesy, které nezdržují, ale opravdu urychlují a usnadňují práci. Dále bych ráda vyzdvihla firemní kulturu - účast na různých sportovních akcích, týmový duch, oslavy zaměstnanců aj.

Naučila jsem se a ještě se stále učím nové věci, které mi kolegové rádi vysvětlí a pomohou mi s nimi. Jako benefit vnímám klouzavou pracovní dobu a možnost HO.

pracovní flexibilita, možnost pracovat z domu, možnost skloubit soukromý a pracovní život
s kanceláři, s tim že jsme rozdelení do pater a je každý je zatvorený vo svojom týme a nemáme možnosť sa potkávat nekde spolu v spoločnom priestore na káve alebo pri obede
