Stále se zvyšující normy (kvantita na úkor kvality) a neuznávání postojů. Velká námaha rukou, hodně dělnic dlouhodobě pracující v tomto podniku má operaci karpalních tunelů, já sama mám s nima potíže.

Možnost se vzdělávat, naučit se nové věci a cestovat do jiných lokaci pro šíření znalostí.
Obecně přístup k lidem, HR je velice slabou stránkou, napříč lokacemi. Snaha si udržet lidi je minimální a jejich ohodnocení by se také mohlo vylepšit.

hodně záleží na kolektivu, já jsem měla štěstí a jsem spokojená, i když je to někdy hodně náročné

Měla jsem štěstí na kolektiv a tým.
Mrzí mně, že zaměstnanci nejsou pro zaměstnavatele lidé, ale pouze levní otroci. Chvála je mizivá a ocenění veškeré žádné. Ještě, že se sešel super kolektiv a vzájemně se podporujeme.
