Skvělá spolupráce s kolegy. Dobré místo k získání zkušeností. Zajímavá práce s klienty.

Pracovní podmínky ze strany zaměstnavatele. Platové ohodnocení. Nefunkční koordinace. Velká fluktuace zaměstnanců. Přístup k zaměstnancům. Problemy pokud chce zaměstnanec dovolenou. Bez podpory dalšího vzdělávání a kurzů (problémy s uvolněním na kurz, bez spoluučasti proplacení kurzu). Neférové jednání, naschvály.

Jobs for people with no work experience

Na pozici neni potřeba žádná zkušenost, berou lidi přímo po škole. Možnost práce s lidmi s různými diagnózami i vzácnými syndromy. Práce v multidisciplinárním týmu, možnost koupit konzultace s kolegy.
