Jistotu mi dává hlavně to, že firmu vedou zkušení lidé, kteří vědí, co dělají a kam chtějí směřovat. O věcech se dá mluvit otevřeně, takže se nemusím bát ozvat, když si s něčím nevím rady. Člověk má čas se zapracovat a postupně růst. Nikdo nečeká, že bude hned všechno umět, a té trpělivosti si cením.
