Super mzda. Super benefity. Nová zkušenost. Zaměstnanec je jenom kus, je to můj subjektivní pocit. Naučil jsem se, že komunikace v anglickém jazyce, je víc, než vzdělaní, znalosti a zkušenosti.

Momentálně už s ničím, co by se dalo vypíchnout. Benefity stejné jak všude jinde. Peníze nic, moc za tu dřinu.
Málo peněz. Horko na hale přes léto. Špatné vedení firmy. Firma špatně komunikuje se zaměstnanci.

Možnost rozvíjet se a realizovat. Zároveň věřím tomu, že pokud firma dobře nastartuje produkci, půjdou i platy nahoru.
Nezaměřoval bych se tolik na Ameriku a Čínu, ale žil bych tady a teď - v Evropě. Zaměřil bych se více na požadavky evropských zákazníků. Dělal bych věci více podle nás.
