Byla jsem velmi spokojená se zákazníky i dodavateli.Ovšem pan provozovatel,velmi zklamal.To co nasliboval,nebylo a nikdy nebude pravda.Z toho důvodu se mu provozovně sřtídá personál.

Myslím že jeden z mála pozitiv na tento práci je spropitné, které je hezkým bonusem.
Nejsem spokojená s přístupem nadřízeného ke spokojenosti zákazníků, v případě nespokojenosti zákazníků a následným vyjádřením nesouhlasu obsluze, které bývá i vulgární, nadřízený toto nebere vážně a jen vše zesměšňuje.

Ochota zaměstnavatele pomoct je obrovská. Zná pumpu jako své boty a se vším poradí klidně jen po telefonu. Je obětavý a pokud je to nutné, klidně si vezme celou směnu, jen aby se člověk mohl vyležet z kašlíku.
Jen přístup některých zákazníků. Ale o tom práce s lidmi je.
