Už jsem pár firem prošla a v Boltu jsem nadmíru spokojená. Firma se stará o to, abychom byli spokojení na všech frontách, měli čas na svůj osobní život, rozvíjí a motivuje nás, abychom dál rostli jak platově, tak kariérně. A lidi, co tady pracují jsou super, navzájem si pomáháme, aby se nám tu pracovalo dobře, nikdo nikomu nepodkopává nohy a našla jsem tu i pár životních přátel.

Velmi příjemný kolektiv, přátelský přístup kolegů i vedení, hromada akcí a benefitů Když si člověk neví rady, vždy se najde někdo kdo rád pomůže
Nijak zvlášť, vše je lepší než od předchozích zaměstnavatelů, práce zde je ohodnocena lidsky, ne s ohledem na čistý zisk zaměstnavatele, nároky firmy jsou více než na místě

I am extremely happy with the culture we have at Bolt. I enjoy working with young people who share common mind set. I believe everyone here is extremely capable and reliable.

- Super prostředí (i když už je Bolt velký, funguje pořád jako startup) a kultura - Skvělí kolegové - Firemní mise, za kterou se můžu postavit - Hodnoty a principy, se kterými jsem v souladu a které vyznávám i v osobním životě - Zodpovědnost a ownership výsledků mých a mých týmů - Volnost v rozhodování za to, co a jak se v mých týmech děje - Podpora kolegů i vedení
- Práce může být místy až skoro nezvladatelně hodně, ale vyvažuje to to, že si tu práci můžeme zorganizovat a rozdělit sami a že máme kolem sebe naprosto skvělé lidi, kteří vytvářejí parádní motivující atmosféru

Bolt is growing very fast, expanding the product portfolio, creating positions that are meaningful for the evolving business. Bolt always preferred promoting internal talent whenever possible so there are always opportunities to seek and roles to grow into. The communication setup within the company makes it easy to contact anyone and ask questions and take steps to learn from them. In Bolt you will work with some very smart people and if you only want a little bit you can access their knowledge and skillset and learn from them.
