Přátelské prostředí malé firmy Velký tah na branku a zájem učit se nové (nejen technologie) Zajímavé produkty a profesionální přístup

Za mě jsou to maličkosti, na kterých budeme pracovat :)

Paradni kolektiv. S kymkoliv se jde domluvit na cemkoliv. Lze pracovat na vecech, ke kterym se clovek jinak nema sanci dostat. Velky prostor pro osobni iniciativu. Pravidelny stolni fotbalek po obede :-)

Vetsi mnozstvi projektu - ne vzdy je moznost se venovat do hloubky jen jedne veci

Freedom and independence

Clovek ma moznost vlastni technicke realizace - vymyslet reseni a naimplementovat, od zacatku do konce. Ocenuje se vlastni iniciativa - podpora napadu a navrhu na zlepseni (napr. test pouzivani chatGPT na pomoc s generovanim kodu :-). Moznost cileni osobniho rozvoje - bere se ohled na zajmy pri vyberu ukolu i skoleni.
