Malé místnosti. Práci s milými a ochotnými kolegy.
Kvantita je na úkor kvality, vše strašně spěchá, na kvalitní autory nejsou peníze. Velice špatně placená práce, navíc bez možnosti růstu. Naprosto nejhorší vedení v mém životě, bez jakékoli možnosti diskuze a polemiky. Ani se neopovažte mít jiný názor než vedení.

- smysluplná práce v kolektivu přátelských redaktorů - člověk se při vývoji učebnice každý den učí něco nového - z mé osobní zkušenosti jsou zaměstnavatelé vždy otevřeni diskuzi a snaží se zaměstnancům vyjít vstříc - snaha ze strany vedení o neustálý vývoj
- když s něčím nejsem spokojená, vždy to řeším přímo, vedení si to vyslechne a jsem velmi vděčná za to, že se vždy setkám s férovým jednáním - chybí mi tu home office
