Školení na centrále, akce
Prvních pár měsíců se smiřte s tím, že nemáte žádné peníze. Většina lidi ve společnosti ze sebe dělá co není, pobírají 30K měsíčně a chovají se jako by měli miliony. K podřízeným jako k odpadu. Nikdo neslyšel nic o vedení lidí a proto to neumí. Na nikoho se nemůžete spolehnout, ale od vás čekají že jim hned vytřete zrak tím co umíte, i přes to že vás nic nenaučili. Pokud chcete přijít o slušné chování, a zdravý rozum, doporučuji. Nikdo ve firmě není sám sebou, všichni se přetvařují.

Mají hodně osobní jednání, žádné skupinové věci, posunula jsem se strašně moc dopředu za poslední rok, jak v rozvoji osobnosti, tak i s platem.
Je to hodně růstové prostředí, někomu to nevyhovuje, mně ale jednoznačně ano!

Super kolektiv, spousta firemních akcí a aktivit. Velká volnost, flexibilita. Možnost hovořit s kýmkoli o čemkoli. Výborná dostupnost v centru Prahy.
Sídlíme v historické budově Legiobanky architekta Josefa Gočára, která je sice nádherná, ale památkově chráněná a není tady možné dělat skoro žádné větší úpravy (navrtat nástěnky atd.)

Férovost, efektivita, jasně dané podmínky, logické uvažování firmy, častá přínosná školení, skvělý kolektiv
