Kdysi dávno to tu bylo fajn.
Nikdo se za vás nepostaví dokud nejste na vysoké pozici, do té doby budete jen kus masa na házení mezi pobočkami. Hrubé a neslušné jednání nadřízenými. Pokud jsou jakékoliv problémy, počítejte s tím, že dokud nehrozíte výpovědí, tak vám nikdo nepomůže, alespoň tak to mám poslední 4 roky!

Ferovy pristup, jasne stanovene povinnosti, racionalni a konstruktivni reseni problemu ke spokojenosti vsech stran.
Nizka zastupitelnost, vypadek jednoho zamestnance firma snese ale vypadek dvou na obdobne pozici by mohl zpusobit neprijemne komplikaxe. (Dovolene, nemoci...)
