Práce je náročná jak psychicky,tak fyzicky.Ale nejhorší je velké množství administrativy
Opportunity to learn new things
Zde není nic u konce.Jeden projekt skončí a druhý zacne.A jeho úspěšnost je na všech.Takze všichni jsou zapojení a všichni se uci co pro to musí udělat.Je to náročné,ale o to víc pak z toho mají všichni lepší pocit,že i oni k tomu přispěli.A jsou za to,myslím,i dobře oceneni.

když jsem tam nastoupila před 15 lety tak tam se pracovalo v zajmu klientů pak po změně vedení se vše změnilo spíše k horšímu

Dělám práci, která má smysl, mám velkou podporu vedení, jsem u toho, kdy se sociální služby posouvají kupředu a to jsem chtěla vždycky.
Příliš mnoho administrativy.
