Spolehlivost, kvalitu práce a klidnou atmosféru v kanceláři.

Práce v příjemném nepříliš velkém kolektivu. Ochota kolegů a kolegyň vždy pomoci, a to i v mimopracovních záležitostech. Individuální přístup nadřízeného. Klouzavá pracovní doba.
Práce v open space kanceláři má svá negativa.

Super kolektiv a šéf, férové a přímé jednání, již od začátku jste zasvěceni do interních procesů, dostanete adaptační příručku, kde najdete vše potřebné k vaší práci, na koho a kde se s čím obrátit, jaká je struktura firmy atd., což mi velmi pomohlo v začátcích, hlavně v orientaci ve firmě. Málokde jsem se s takovýmto přístupem setkala.. Firma má jasnou vizi, čímž nabízí stabilní, jistou a dlouhodobou práci. Hodně, pro mě nového, jsem se tu naučila a poznala skvělý lidi. A v neposlední řadě si užíváme i různých firemních a velmi zábavných aktivit (střelnice, grilovačky na terase, firemní večeře, vánoční večírky, víkendové akce,...).
