Veliká volnost v práci, opravdu férový přístup kolegů, fajn atmosféra a sranda i s vedením firmy. Na všem se lze domluvit. Do práce můžeme brát domácí mazlíčky. Když člověk dobře odvádí svou práci, nemá si na co stěžovat.
No overtime
Práce je časově flexibilní - ale doopravdy, ne jen na papíře, jako tomu je u spousty firem. Někdo je ranní ptáče a naopak chce odejít dřív, aby si užil slunečné odpoledne? Není problém. Důležité je jen to, aby byla práce hotová - někteří kolegové si třeba administrativu řeší z domova po večerech, když jdou děti spát, protože jim to tak vyhovuje. Když si to tedy člověk umí dobře naplánovat, s přesčasy určitě nebude mít problém.
